30.3.2021 Present: Mr. R.L.Sood, Senior Advocate with Mr. Arjun Lal, Advocate for the Decree Holder.

Mr. Rajeshwar Thakur, Advocate, for judgment debtor No.1.

Mr. Rajeshwar Thakur, Advocate has put in

appearance on behalf of judgment Debtor No.1. He states that

that now he has instruction to appear on behalf of judgment

debtor No.1 in place of Mr. Y.P.Sood, Advocate, who has issued

"NOC" in his favour. Since, no application, if any, seeking

therein, withdrawal of Power of Attorney has been filed by Mr.

Y.P.Sood, Advocate, aforesaid prayer made on behalf of Mr.

Rajeshwar Thakur, Advocate, cannot be accepted at this stage,

however, he is always at liberty to appear with Mr. Y.P.Sood,

Advocate. Since Mr. Y.P.Sood, Advocate is not present today, let

this matter be listed on 7.4.2021, on which date judgment debtor

No.1 shall remain present in Court alongwith Mr. Y.P.Sood,

Advocate.
