    Sandeep Sharma, Judge (oral):

Learned Additional Advocate General, on instructions, states

that only two prosecution witnesses remain to be examined, as

such, there appears to be no justification to pass any order in the

instant case.

2. Consequently, in view of above, learned Counsel appearing

for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition

with liberty to file afresh at an appropriate stage, if so required and

desired. However, having taken note of the fact that the bail

petitioner is behind bars since 24.9.2017 and only two prosecution

witnesses remain to be examined, learned Court below is directed

to conclude the trial expeditiously, preferably on or before

30.4.2021. Needless to say, this Court apart from issuing

directions on judicial side, has been also directing learned Courts

below on administrative side to conclude trials of under-trials, who

.

are behind bars for considerable period, so that their freedom is

not curtailed for an indefinite period. Registry to apprise learned

Court below with regard to passing of this order, enabling it to do

the needful well within the time stipulated by this court.
