Heard. The learned senior counsel appearing on

behalf of the appellants submits at the Bar that since the lis

embodied in the extant regular second appeals, stands amicably

settled amongst the contesting litigants, thereupon, he has been

second appeals r being to meted instructions to make a prayer, for the extant regular

withdrawn. Prayer accepted.

Accordingly, both the extant regular second appeals stand

dismissed as withdrawn. All pending applications also stand

disposed of. Decree sheet be prepared accordingly.
