The petitioner, who is working as Piece Meal Worker

with the respondent-Corporation, has come up before this Court

seeking a direction to the respondents to convert his services on

contract basis. In this regard the petitioner has already made

representation, which is still pending before the authorities

concerned.

2. Notice. Mr. Vikas Rajput, Advocate appears and accepts

service of notice on behalf of the respondents.

3. In view of the nature of the order, this Court proposes

to pass, no response is required from the respondents.

4. Consequently, the petition is disposed of with a

direction to the respondents/authorities to decide the

representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law, within

one month. While deciding the petitioner's representation, the

respondents/authorities shall also take into consideration the

judgment delivered by the learned Single Judge of this Court in

CWPOA No.1517 of 2019, titled Prem Singh versus Himachal

Road Transport Corporation & Another, on 18.12.2019. Liberty

is reserved to the petitioner to approach this Court again, in case

he still feels aggrieved and dissatisfied with the outcome of the
