Mr. J.S. Guleria, the learned Deputy Advocate General, on

instructions, meted to him, by the authorities concerned, submits that,

the espoused relief, stands granted to the writ petitioner.

Consequently, the learned counsel for the writ petitioner, on

instructions, meted to him, seeks permission of this Court, to, withdraw

the extant writ petition, as it, for the afore reason, becoming rendered

infructuous. All pending applications stand disposed of.
