The instant writ petition has been filed for grant of

following substantive relief:-

"i) Issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ or direction by directing the respondents to release the retiral benefits, i.e. Gratuity and Commutation of Pension alongwith 12% interest within time bound manner."

2. Mr. Vaibhav Tanwar, learned counsel for

respondents No.3 and 4 on instructions states that the entire

retiral benefits of the petitioner shall be released in his favour

.

within one week from today. His statement is taken on

record.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a

direction to the respondents to release the retiral benefits in

favour of the petitioner within a period of one week from

today. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also

stand disposed of.

For compliance, to come up before the learned

Vacation Judge on 12th February, 2021.
