CMP No. 280 of 2021.

The petitioner has filed this application for

correction of name of the petitioner in the cause title of

the petition as the same has wrongly been mentioned due

to typographical mistake as Vishal Choudhary, whereas his

correct name is Vijay Kumar. The application, for the

reasons stated therein, is allowed. Consequently, the

name of the petitioner is ordered to be substituted as

'Vijay Kumar' instead of 'Vishal Choudhary'. Registry is

also directed to make necessary corrections in the cause

title of the petition as well as in the judgment. Amended

memo as filed be taken on record. The application stands

disposed of.
