Through Video Conferencing Learned counsel for respondent No. 3, on instructions

states that in terms of judgment dated 14.10.2020, passed by the

Division Bench of this Court in CWPOA No. 7328 of 2020, proposal was

resent to respondents No. 1 and 2 in the month of October, 2020,

praying therein to declare the result of the selection process for the

post in question advertised on 8.2.2017, but decision on the same has

been not taken by respondents No. 1 and 2, till date. Learned

Additional Advocate General while appearing on behalf of

respondents No.1 and 2, prays for and is granted two days' time to

have instructions. List on 8.1.2021.
