This application has been filed for substitution of

deceased respondent No.2 Ghambira through his legal

representatives Shyam Lal, Jeet Ram, Rajender Kumar, Vidya

Devi, Sheela Devi, Meena Devi and Ram Dei. Copy of death

certificate and legal heir certificate of deceased have been

placed on record to substantiate the plea taken in the

application. Legal heirs mentioned in the application are in

consonance with legal heir certificate.

In view of above, respondent No.2-Gambhira is

permitted to be brought on record as respondents No.2(a),

2(b), 2(c), 2(d), 2(e), 2(f) and 2(g).

Application stands disposed of.

This application has been filed on behalf of

applicants-respondents No.2(a) to 2(g) for release of amount

of compensation.

Main appeal stands decided on 06.01.2016. No

objection has been communicated for allowing the

application.

In view of above, present application is allowed

and amount falling in share of applicants-respondents No.2(a)

to 2(g), alongwith up-to-date interest, in terms of final

judgment is ordered to be released in their favour, as per

their entitlement and according to their shares, by remitting

the same in their bank accounts, referred in para-5 of the

application, photocopies of front pages of Pass Books whereof

have been annexed with this application.
