This application has been filed on behalf of

applicant/claimant/respondent for release of amount of compensation.

Application is duly supported by affidavit of the applicant.

Despite communicating the last order, learned Deputy

Advocate General has not received any instructions from concerned

department.

Main appeal was decided on 29th November, 2017. Till

date, applicant/claimant/respondent has not received any notice from the

Supreme Court so as to construe that aforesaid judgment has been

assailed further. There is nothing on record to show that aforesaid

judgment has been assailed further.

In aforesaid facts and circumstances, amount of

compensation, for which applicant/respondent is entitled in terms of

final judgment passed by this Court, is ordered to be released in his

favour along with up-to-date interest by remitting the same in his bank

accounts, mentioned in para 5 of application. Photocopy of front page of

Pass Book has also been placed on record.

Application stands disposed of.
