The petitioner, who is in judicial custody in the aforementioned FIR, has come

up before this Court under Section 439 of CrPC, seeking bail.

2. Status report reveals that there is a telephonic conversation, which led to his

arrest from the Delhi after great difficulty. Given above, in case the petitioner is

released on bail, it would be very difficult to secure his presence and bring him to

justice. Therefore, there is no merit in the petition and the same is dismissed

accordingly, with liberty to the petitioner to file afresh at a subsequent stage.
