By the present writ petition, the petitioner is praying to quash and set aside the orders dated 07.09.2011 and 15.04.2025 passed by respondent no.2.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner could not dispute the fact that the orders dated 07.09.2011 and 15.04.2025 came to be challenged by way of Special Civil Application No.8864 of 2015, which came to be disposed of as withdrawn.

In view thereof, the present petition is not maintainable and is disposed of accordingly.
