Having considered the averments made in the application and upon perusal of the jail record, it appears that the applicant was arrested in September, 2024. The jail conduct of the applicant is not satisfactory. Considering the seriousness of the offence and the reasons assigned by the learned Sessions Court in its judgment dated 26.09.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Application No. 6739 of 2025, no case is made out to entertain the present application. Accordingly, the present application stands rejected.
