After a brief submission, the learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is granted permission to withdraw the present petition filed in the nature of Public Interest Litigation for the same relief as was sought for in the previous Writ Petition (PIL) No.114 of 2023, which has been decided vide the judgment and order dated 06.10.2023. The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the competent court to assail the order impugned.
