"The learned AGP, Mr. Bhavesh Desai, submits that a

common judgment was delivered by the learned Reference

Court in the group of LAR No. 570 of 2012 to LAR No. 571 of

2012. He further submits that the present appeal arises out of

LAR No. 571 of 2012, whereas the appeal filed by the State in

respect of LAR No. 570 of 2012 has already been dismissed

vide order dated 16.12.2021.
