1. Ms. Hetal Patel , learned Assistant Government Pleader has put in appearance on behalf of the State - Respondents.

2. The issue raised in the present petition is covered by the decision of this Court in the judgment and order dated 13.10.2025 passed in a group of Writ Petitions with the leading petition, being Special Civil Application No.4103 of 2025. The issues raised herein are not factual in nature, rather the question is as to whether the petitioners are entitled to statutory interest on the difference of amount paid

under the amended Award with effect from the date of the payment under the original Award.

3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the State - Respondents could not dispute that the said decision holds good as on date and the issue raised herein are squarely covered.

4. The present petition is accordingly allowed in the terms of the directions contained in the judgment and order dated 13.10.2025 passed in the aforesaid Writ Petitions, at the admission stage itself.
