1. Heard learned advocates for the parties.

2. Delay of 726 has been caused in preferring Civil Revision Application against judgment and order passed below Exh.12 in Special Civil Suit No.92 of 2021, whereby, application under Order 7 Rule 11 of CPC is rejected by learned Trial Court.

3. What could be noticeable that applicants herein had filed Special Civil Application No.8957 of 2023 challenging the order passed below Exh.12. However, this Court by order dated 02.08.2024 permitted the applicants to withdraw the petition with liberty to file appropriate proceedings available under law. Thereafter, the applicants within two months have filed Revision Application. The applicants were litigating their cause in wrong forum which is squarely observed by this Court in Special Civil
