in terms of the judgment of the Supreme Court in the case of
M/s.Suraj Impex (India) Pvt. Ltd. vs. Union of India, reported in
2025 INSC 755, as well as the decisions of this Court in the
cases of M/s. Dewas Soya Ltd. Vs. Union of India (Special Civil
Application No.9090 of 2021, decided on 29.08.2024), M/s.
Kandla Export Corporation & Ors. Vs. Union of India (order
dated 19.03.2025 passed in Special Civil Application No.1884
of 2023), and M/s.Dhulatawala Exim Pvt. Ltd. Vs. Union of India
(order dated 30.01.2025 in Special Civil Application No.18262
of 2022).
The present writ petitions stand allowed to the aforesaid
extent. The impugned action of the respondent authorities are
quashed and set aside in light of the aforesaid decision.
