1. This application is filed by the applicant for condoning the

delay of 86 days in preferring an appeal against the judgment and

order dated 01.10.2024 passed in Juvenile Inquiry Case No. 129

of 2019 by the Principal Magistrate. Juvenile Justice Board,

Ahmedabad.

2. Learned advocate for the applicant makes a statement that

notice has been served upon the respondent No.2 and that

affidavit of service has been duly filed yesterday before the

3. Considering the fact that the delay is only for 86 days and

that the same has been explained by the applicant in para-4 and 5

of the application, the Court deems it fit to condone the delay as

not being inordinate and has been explained.

3. Hence, the application is allowed. The delay of 86 days in

preferring the appeal is hereby condoned. Registry to list the main

appeal for hearing in due course.
