1. The present application is filed seeking condonation of delay of 68 days caused in filing the restoration application being F / Misc. Civil Application No.35776 of 2024 in filing the main appeal being F/ Second Appeal No.23584 of 2024 which has been dismissed for default on account of non-removal of office objections though the coordinate Bench vide order dated 09.09.2024 had granted four weeks' time to remove the office objections.

2. Learned advocate for the applicant has submitted that since the applicant was in jail, the certified copy of the judgment could not be made available and, therefore, he was unable to provide certified copies and as such delay is caused for removing office objections.

3. Having heard learned advocate for the applicant and having gone through the contents of the application, it appears that sufficient cause with satisfactory reasons are given in the application. Hence, the present
