Heard Mr. Hiren Modi, learned advocate for the applicants. Ms. Kirti Pathak, learned advocate who has entered her Vakalatnama at the request of Court in the present application as well representing the respondent no.3.

Considering the submissions made by the learned advocate for the applicants, in light of the averments made in the application and noticing the fact that main appeal preferred at the instance of the respondent no.3- Insurance Company has been admitted and is pending consideration wherein this Court is likely to examine the impugned judgment and award which is sought to be assailed in the present cross objection as well. This Court is inclined to accept the prayer of the applicants and condone the delay. Hence, delay of 292 days caused in preferring the Cross Objection is hereby condoned. Present application stands disposed of accordingly.
