1. By way of the present application, the applicant has prayed to grant the leave to file Letters Patent Appeal against the judgment dated 28.06.2022 passed in Special Civil Application No.6009 of 2020.

2. Learned advocate Mr.Devang Dave, has submitted that this Court has disposed of numerous matters involving the issue of one increment, hence, it is urged that the present application may be allowed.

3. We are of the opinion that present application requires consideration in light of the fact that on a similar issue of grant
