1. This application is filed by the applicant for

restoration of the First Appeal, which came to be

dismissed for non-prosecution by common oral order

dated 25.09.2019 on account of non-removal of office

objections.

2. According to the learned advocate for the applicant,

the office objection pertain to the supply of certified copy

of the impugned judgment and award. The applicant

before the Court is the original claimant, where the

insurance company is also in appeal having filed First

Appeal No.2626 of 2019, challenging the very judgment

and award. He makes a statement at bar that the certified

copy of the impugned judgment and award is already on

the record of the Court in First Appeal No.2626 of 2019

and therefore, he may be exempted from supplying the

certified copy, for which the office objection has been

raised. According to the applicant, apart from that, there

are no other office objections and assures the Court that

any office objection apart from the aforesaid will be

removed within a period of three days from today.

3. In view of the aforesaid and considering interest

involved of the applicant, the application is allowed. The

First Appeal is hereby restored to its original file. Registry

is directed to list the main First Appeal on 18.07.2025.
