The petitioners herein are similarly situated to the

petitioners of petition being Special Civil Application No.10767

of 2018 and the challenge in these petitions is also the

clarification letter dated 26.3.2018 to the earlier letter dated

23.1.2018 issued by the respondent no.1, which was the

matter of challenge in that petition.

2. Vide judgment dated 24.6.2025 passed in Special

Civil Application No.10767 of 2018, the said petition was

dismissed for the reasons stated therein and the action of the

respondents was not found to be not in accordance with law

and therefore this Court did not find any illegality and

impropriety in the action of the respondents.

3. The said findings and the decision would apply to

the facts of these petitions also. Accordingly, these petitions

are also dismissed in line with the decision dated 24.6.2025

vacated.
