1. The present application is filed by the applicants for condonation of delay of 218 days caused in filing Cross Objection in First Appeal No.3721 of 2018 arising out of the judgment and decree dated 30.08.2017.

2. Heard learned advocates appearing for the respective parties.

3. Learned advocate Mr.Gadhavi, appearing for the respondents, has pointed out that there is an intentional and deliberate delay on the part of the applicants without making any proper explanation in the application and therefore, the present application be dismissed.

4. However, considering the averments made in the application giving elaborate explanation for delay caused in filing the Cross Objection, the present civil application is hereby allowed. The delay of 218 days is hereby condoned.
