Learned advocate Ms.Kayastha has submitted that the present application is only confined to Dahyabhai Revabhai Patel and Punabhai Mangabhai Raval who are members of the respondent No.1 - Talod Taluka Nivrut Karmachari Mandal and also employees of present appellant - Arvalli District Panchayat, Modasa.

2. The present application is filed seeking leave to appeal against the judgment and order dated 02.09.2023 passed in Special Civil Application No.13171 of 2023.
