                                                           ORAL ORDER

Civil Suit No. 369 of 2016 has been decided by the learned City Civil Court on 12.10.2023. The copy of the said judgment has been placed on record by learned advocate Ms. Vishwa A. Shastri appearing for the respondents which is taken on record.

2. The present Civil Revision Application is filed challenging the order rejecting the application filed under Order 7 Rule 11 of the Civil Procedure Code to reject the plaint. Since the Suit itself is disposed of the cause of action for present Civil Revision Application does not survive and accordingly stands disposed of as having become infructous.
