The captioned application has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 54 days caused in preferring the captioned appeal challenging the judgment and order dated 10th October, 2024 passed by the Appellate Tribunal under SAFEMA at New Delhi, whereby, the appeal of the applicant, has been dismissed.

2. Mr.Dipan Desai, learned advocate submitted that immediately after the judgment was rendered the applicant, collected all the papers and thereafter, has approached learned advocate seeking necessary advice. Documents were provided to the learned advocate and after preparing and finalising, the appeal was filed. In the process, there occurred a delay of 54 days. Request is made to condone the same.

3. Mr.Ankit Shah, learned advocate for the respondent, has requested to pass appropriate order.
