When the matter is called out, learned advocate for the

applicants has tendered the judgment dated 1.9.2022 passed

in C.C. No.95 of 2021 by the Chief Judicial Magistrate,

Dahod, which is taken on record.

In view of the above, learned advocate for the

applicants, on receiving instructions from his clients, submits

that matter has become infructuous as proceedings of criminal

case is over and therefore, he does not press this application.

Accordingly, the present application is disposed of as not

pressed. Notice stands discharged. Interim relief, if any,

granted earlier stands vacated.
