                             ORAL ORDER

Present is an application seeking condonation of delay of 19 days caused in preferring the appeal against the judgment and order dated 19.6.2023 passed by the learned 3 rd Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate at Nadiad in Criminal Case No.2636 of 2015.

Considering the length of delay i.e. of 19 days in preferring the appeal, this Court is of the view that application preferred by the applicant for condonation of delay is required to be allowed.

Hence, this application is allowed. Rule made absolute.
