Present is an application seeking condonation of delay of 30 days caused in preferring the appeal against the judgment and order dated 5.6.2023 passed by the learned Additional Judicial Magistrate First Class, Himmatnagar in Criminal Case No.5287 of 2019.

Considering the fact that the length of delay is of 30 days only, this Court is of the view that the application for condonation of delay is required to be allowed.

Hence, this application is allowed. Rule made absolute.
