The present application has been filed by the applicant- convict under Section 5 of the Limitation Act for condonation of delay of 172 days caused in filing the captioned Criminal Appeal preferred against the judgment and order of conviction and sentence dated 14.03.2023 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Devbhoomi Dwarka, in Sessions Case No.127 of 2020.
