When the matter is called out, learned APP has tendered copy of judgment passed in Criminal Case No.2323 of 2020 by the 3rd Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bharuch dated 27.10.2023 whereby the petitioner is acquitted by giving benefit of doubt considering the fact that the proceedings of the criminal case is concluded. The prayer in the present petition is not required to be considered further accordingly.
