3. In view of above facts, learned

advocate Mr. Chaudhari submitted that

petition would not survive.

4. Learned advocate Mr. Chaudhari further

submitted that Civil Applications for

directions filed by the respondent workman

would also not survive in view of the fact

that the the respondent workman is

reinstated and arrears is also paid as per

the impugned Judgment and Award of the

Labour Court.
