When learned advocate Mr. H. S. Munshaw for the appellant was confronted with the query as to whether the order dated 19.7.2022 passed in group of petitions impugned in the captioned Letters Patent Appeal, was subject matter of challenge before the co-ordinate Bench in Letters Patent Appeal No. 724 of 2023 and allied appeals, in which the issue arising out of the order of learned single Judge came to be decided as per judgment dated 11.8.2023, learned advocate was entirely at his receiving end. He could not dispute the position that the very judgment impugned in this Letters Patent Appeal has been subjected to decision of the
