                               ORAL ORDER

1. This Revision Application is filed by the petitioner - original complainant challenging the order passed by the 6 th Additional Sessions Judge, Ahmedabad (Rural) at Mirzapur dated 08.08.2019 in Criminal Miscellaneous Application No.1864 of 2018 whereby his application for cancellation of bail granted by the appellate Court, pending Appeal, came to be rejected.

2. However, from the memo of Revision Application, it appears that against the judgment of conviction and order of sentence passed by the Magistrate, the respondent - accused preferred an Appeal wherein she was granted bail by the appellate Court, which is sought to be cancelled by filing

R/CR.RA/1401/2019 ORDER DATED: 30/01/2023

Criminal Miscellaneous Application 1864 of 2018 before the Sessions Court, who granted bail, pending Appeal to respondent no.2.

3. Mr. Chaudhary - party-in-person submitted that the main Appeal, being Criminal Appeal No.28 of 2018, is already disposed of and it came to be partly allowed against which the petitioner - party-in-person has already preferred Criminal Revision Application No.213 of 2020. Hence, this Criminal Revision Application has become infructuous and it is hereby disposed of. Notice is discharged.
