1. Heard learned Advocate Mr. Prashant B. Sharma for the applicant and learned Advocate Mr. N.V. Gandhi for the respondent.

2. By way of this application, the applicant prays for condoning delay of 141 which has occurred in filing the first appeal challenging the judgment and order dated 29.12.2021 passed by the learned Judge, City Civil Court, Ahmedabad, in Civil Suit No. 2186 of 2015.

3. Considering the submissions made by learned Advocate Mr. Sharma and having regard to the averments on record, in the considered opinion of this Court, sufficient cause having been made out for condoning the delay, the present application deserves consideration. The delay of 141 days in filing the first appeal is hereby condoned. The present application stands disposed of as allowed. Rule is made absolute.
