1. Heard learned advocates for the parties.

2. The appeal is filed challenging the judgment and

award dated 23.1.2019 passed by the learned Motor

Accident Claims Tribunal in MACP no.30/11 for an

amount of Rs.1,05,000/-, for 30% of the liability

of the appellant.

3. Considering the smallness of amount, this Court

finds no reason to interfere in the impugned

judgment and award passed by the Tribunal. The

appeal, accordingly, is disposed of.
