1. By way of this application, the applicants have prayed to

grant leave to appeal to the applicants to file captioned appeal

as legal heirs of original claimant no. 1 - Kalaji Matuji Thakor in

LAR No. 127 of 2003.

2. Heard learned advocate Mr. Soni appearing for the

applicants and Ms. Pooja Ashar, learned Assistant Government

Pleader appearing for the respondent - State.

view of the fact that the co-ordinate Bench has admitted the

First Appeals arising out of the very same judgment which are

at present awaiting final adjudication and as such, on the basis

of this undipusted fact, learned Assistant Government Pleader

having no objection to grant leave to appeal, we deem it proper

to consider the request.

4. In view of the above, the present application stands
