1. This petition is filed for the following prayers:

"11(A) Your Lordships be pleased to direct the D.S.P. to handover investigation to high rank police officer at the leval of Police Inspector so far as investigation of FIR I Cr no.24/2017 is concerned, registered at Vallabhipur Police Station Dist.Bhavnagar on 29/07/2017 U/s. 323, 324, 504, 403, 114 of IPC and U/s 135 of Gujarat Police Act, in the interest of justice.

(B) Pending hearing and final disposal of this Petition Your Lordships be pleased to direct the Police Officer Vallbhipur Police Station to add Relevant section of Robbery and then to carry further investigation of I Cr No.24/2017 in the interest of justice.

2. Learned APP has tendered copy of the report

dated 15.12.2023 received from Vallabhipur Police Station

along with the copy of the judgment passed in Criminal Case

No.373 of 2017 by learned JMFC, Vallabhipur Police Station

on 25.7.2023, the same is taken on record.

3. In view of the above that the proceedings initiated

pursuant to the impugned FIR are already concluded, the

prayers prayed for in this petition have become infructuous.

Accordingly, this petition is disposed of as having become

infructuous. Notice is discharged.
