The present Criminal Revision Application is filed challenging the judgment and order dated 14.11.2018 passed by the learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Dhangdhra in Criminal Revision Application No.21 of 2018 whereby the learned Sessions Judge has quashed and set aside the order passed by the learned JMFC Court, Patadi in Criminal Case No.132 of 2003 below Exh.165.

Heard learned advocates for the respective parties.

The coordinate bench of this Court vide order dated 27.9.2023 has already directed the learned Sessions Judge concerned to expedite the trial and submit the

progress report in Criminal Revision Application No.1465 of 2018.

In view of the above and considering the fact that as per the report of the Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Patdi dated 5.10.2023, the matter is pending at the stage of evidence of the complainant and since the impugned order is just and proper, no interference is called for while exercising the revisional jurisdiction.

Under the circumstances, the revision application fails and the same is dismissed. Notice is discharged.
