                                  ORAL ORDER

1. By way of this application, the applicant seeks parole leave for a period of 45 days to enable him to engage Advocate for filing of appeal against the judgment and order of conviction dated 16/09/2023.

2. Having heard submissions made at bar and considering the cause shown in the application, the present application is partly allowed. The applicant is ordered to be released on parole leave for a period of ten days from the date of actual release on his furnishing personal bond of the amount of Rs.5,000/- and on usual terms and conditions. The applicant shall surrender to the Jail Authority after expiry of the aforesaid period of parole leave bail.
