"In the result, the appeal is allowed. The judgment and order dated 29.07.2004 passed in Sessions Case No.184 of 2000 by the Additional Sessions Judge 6th Fast track court at Vadodara, is quashed and set aside. The appellants are set at liberty if not required in any other offence. Bail and bail bonds of the accused, if any, stands discharged. Record & Proceedings be sent back to the concerned Trial Court, forthwith."
