1. Rule. Registry to accept the Vakalatnama of learned

advocate Mr. Tejas D. Shukla on behalf of -

Husnakhatun, if the same is filed within a period of

three days from today. He has tendered the affidavit

dated 10.8.2023 affirmed by Husnakhatun (complainant).

2. Party-in-person - Husnakhatun (complainant) is

present before this Court. She has confirmed the

averments made in the affidavit dated 10.8.2023. She has

submitted that she has no objection if the complaint is

quashed in view of the judgments of the Apex Court in

the cases of (i) Gian Singh v. State of Punjab and

another reported in 2012 (10) SCC 303, (ii) Nikhil

purpose will be served in continuing the applications.

3. Impugned F.I.R. C.R.No. No.1191038211235 of 2021

registered at Vatva Police Station, Ahmedabad and

consequential proceedings arising out of the impugned

F.I.R. are hereby quashed and set aside.

Rule is made absolute.
