                            ORAL ORDER

This is an application challenging the order passed by learned Sessions Court below Exh.74, dated 1.1.2015, in Sessions Case No.63 of 2013 whereby, application to cross examine the witnesses was rejected. It is reported that thereafter the trial was concluded and resulted into acquittal. The judgment and order of the trial Court acquitting the respondent-accused was placed into service and the same is taken on record. As the main trial is over, the interim order, which was challenged by way of this Revision, would not survive. Accordingly, matter stands disposed of as infructuous. Rule discharged.
