When the matter is called out, learned advocate for the

applicant has tendered the judgment dated 23.7.2020 passed

in C.C. No.11 of 2018, which is taken on record.

Learned advocate for the applicant, on receiving

instructions from his client, submits that matter has become

infructuous as the proceeding of criminal case is over and

the applicant is acquitted.

Accordingly, the present application is disposed of as
