                    ORAL ORDER

Mr Mohmedsaif Hakim, learned advocate for the petitioners, seeks permission to withdraw the present Civil Revision Application. It is submitted that the judgment, has been passed in favour of the petitioners in the month of September, 2022. The suit, is of the year 2011 and the petitioners, despite which, have been deprived of the fruits of judgment. It is therefore, urged that let there be some direction to the Court below to decide the appeal at the earliest.

2. Request is acceded to. The present Civil Revision Application, is disposed of as withdrawn. No order as to costs.

3. Considering the suit having been filed in the year 2011, let the Court below decide the appeal, preferably within a period of one year from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
