Learned advocate Ms. Urvi A Raval, appearing on behalf of the applicant submits that Criminal Case No. 1495 of 2013, which arises from the FIR being C.R.No.I-586 of 2013 dated 19.10.2013 registered before Vatva Police Station Ahmedabad is already resulted into acquittal and as such now this application has become infructuous. Learned advocate for the applicant has placed on record the judgment of Criminal Case No. 1495 of 2013.

Since this petition has been having been infructuous, disposed accordingly.
