1. The present Special Civil Application has been

filed challenging the order dated 02.04.2016 passed below

Exhibit 54 in Special Civil Suit No.140 of 2003.

2. The suit itself having been disposed of by the

trial court by order / judgment dated 23.07.2021, the

present petition would not survive for consideration and

accordingly, it stands dismissed.

3. All pending applications, if any, stands consigned

to records.
