Heard Mr. Maulik Nanavati, the learned counsel for Nanavati & Co., appearing for the writ-applicant.

Mr. Nanavati, the learned counsel appearing for the writ- applicant submits that final order is already passed in Civil Misc. Application No. 18 of 2021 by judgment and order dated 03.01.2022. The said order is ordered to be taken on record. He submits that the present writ-application would not survive and he seeks permission to withdraw the same, as become infructuous.

In view of above, the present writ-application stands disposed of, as withdrawn.

It is clarified that, this Court has not gone into the merits of the matter.
